Senior Director of Public Affairs, Intel Israel and International Markets

Bella leads public affairs at Intel Israel, managing operations across Israel and international markets. She previously managed HR at Intel in different global and local roles.

She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and philosophy and a master's degree in social-organizational psychology from the Hebrew University. A certified group facilitator and executive coach.

Bella has developed innovative programs promoting STEM education and closing gender gaps in peripheral regions.

Currently serves on the boards of Levinsky-Wingate College and Elka Joint, and is a graduate of the International Women's Forum leadership program.
